The best quality of products that was born from an ambition that led to an innovation, founded by Dominique LaPorte the best sommelier in France. Extracting the best substance of grapes and nature, in the absence of alcohol or dealcoholisation stages, fermentation, preservatives, and without sulphites to nurture only the essentials. Technological innovation that was in research and development for 5 years to create the right alcohol-free alternative for every significant moment in life.

All the flavor assemblies were produced by Dominique Laporte, Best Sommelier of France in 2004.A world reference in wine-making, Dominique Laporte was a sommelier of palaces such as the Meurice Hotel in Paris, the Connaught and the Great Eastern Hotel in London with Gordon Ramsay. In 2013, he joined the Petit Béret team, from which he developed the cuvées and aromatic blends. It thus highlights the organoleptic qualities of grape varieties such as Syrah, Sauvignon and Grenache Cinsault.

Surrounded by the best partners such as INRA and CTCPA, Dominique is developing a unique natural formula, an innovative technical process that reveals the best of grapes and nature, without alcohol or dealcoholization stages, without fermentation, without preservative and without sulfites to keep only the essentials: the pleasure of the vineyards of the south of France.
