Winter Sangria


2 oranges, sliced

2 grapefruits, sliced

1 cup of cranberries

3 cups of pomegranate juice

2 cups orange juice

2 cups sparkling juice

2 cups Profil Pinot Noir

Garnishing of choice


Bake sliced oranges, grapefruit and cranberries. Bake for 30 - 40 mins till cranberries burst and caramelize. Next, place the fruits in with the pomegranate, orange juice and Le Petit Beret’s Profil Pinot Noir to leave overnight. Once chilled, pour the drink in a glass till half then top it off with sparkling water.
